Panty Peeper

The guy in the white shirt was standing against the stairwell in the most strategic of locations. As the ladies and their short skirts came down the stairs, he peeped. When we made it to the bottom of the steps my friend said loudly, "that man just looked up your skirt!" As we stared him down and took his picture he casually tried to pretend that he wasn't a serial panty peeper. This lucky lady on the left was spared by his vain attempt to save face, but I'm sure as we jumped on our train he resumed his sick tricks. Submitted by Emily and Jackie
